Documentation shows ability to change agent status, but DLL has no such method

Oracle RightNow CX Desktop Add-Ins Documentation shows a method which doesn't actually appear in the RightNow.AddIns.AddInViews DLL.

If you look at the two attached images, you'll see SetAgentStatus in RN documentation, but the Object Browser for the Feb 2013 RightNow.AddIns.AddInViews.DLL doesn't show the method.

We need this method to implement a feature in a production system. Please advise.
