How to INSERT data to "Account" using C# API (Missing Attribute ?)

Hello,

I tried to use RightNow API in C# , to insert a new Account's record.

tha code failed and return error:

"Required on create: Account.Attributes

while performing create on account"

I attached my code, and as you can see, Attributes already in.

maybe someone know what could be the reason of that error?
