Hi,

I need to fetch all the Threads.ID from the incident. But, if there are private notes, then I need to fetch only those Threads.ID which has Threads.Channel=4(Fax).

So, I need all the IDs(including Private Notes), but only those private notes where channel =4.

Is it possible to write a query to achieve this.
