Hello people,

I'm a bit stuck I'm afraid. I'm updating a custom field (c$kvknummer), getting a good response as in 'ok' but when looking at RightNow, I only see an empty field. I'm going in circles for a few hours now and getting a bit desperate... The incident number is correct. 

I'm using the SOAP API. I added the body of the request below. The response I get is
