Hi,
Is it possible to disable/turn off chats for short periods so it won't affect existing chat sessions/queues?
I have a client who wants the ability to disable all future incoming chats if the chat queues grow too big. Is there a way this can be done so that it will still allow users currently engaged in a chat or users waiting in the queue will be unaffected (i.e. won't be disconnected from chat or be kicked out of the queue)?
