Hi everyone,
I looked back through this forum and didn't find this, so I thought I'd ask here:
We are interested in integrating RNT (er, Oracle Cloud Service) with our larger corporate website so that when customers use the search box on the site, the results returned include answers from the RNT knowledge base and forums.
Does anyone have experience doing this? What's the basic procedure to connect the two? Was it straightforward or a pain, and did you need to engage pro services or did you do it yourself? Anything you like/don't like about it if you've done it? etc.
