I have search report with a custom field with text values like 000123, 000134, 000456 etc... when doing search agent will be entering only last 3 digits "123" which will return no results.
So I had to set the search field as complex expression and when searching do need to append an asterisk "*" in front of the parameter. Is there any way or workaround to avoid the special character while searching?
