Disabling buttons in the Browser tab depending upon the value selected in the menu

Hi,

Can anybody help me in understanding, how to disable/enable buttons in the Browser tab depending upon the value selected in the menu.

Here is the scenario, depending upon the value selected in Category in Incidents, I need to enable or disable the button in the browser tab.

Say I select the category ABC then in browser tab there is a URL of some www.xyz.com, this website home page has a button "Disable Me", so after selecting ABC in category in RightNow the "Disable Me" button should be disabled.

I'll appreciate the help.
