In working with the RNConnect API, I've noticed that as compared to the old xml API, if we had a report that contained some hidden columns (e.g., columns hidden in the report display from the support console), the XML API response when you used the search() operation and that report id was to return only the non hidden columns for that report id.
With RNConnect, it seems to return all the columns, both hidden and non-hidden. Is there a way to suppress this behavior? If not, is there a way to determine what cols are hidden and what cols are not from the report definition? I tried using the Get operation for the particular report but nothing in that response seems to tell me if the cols are hidden or not.
With the extra columns coming back this breaks the app that consumed the response when we tried to update it to use the RnConnect API from using the XML API.
Any ideas?
