Hi,
I am working on the Integration of RightNow and Inquira/Oracle Knowledge.
I have followed the steps given in 'Adding Oracle Knowledge to Agent Desktop' section of the Integration Guide.
When I open an incident and click on Invoke Knowledge Button ,The Oracle Knowledge iConnect search window opens, but the screen is bit different from the one the guide shows. It does not have the 'Add Link' and 'Add Text' buttons.
I have attached the guide Image and the one that is coming on my Application.
Have I missed something? Please guide if anyone has faced similar issue.
