Hi all!
We're developing a tool that communicates with RightNow via SOAP.
The customer now wants to implement SSO/SAML, to make sure agents don't have to login manually when they open the RightNow console.
How can we implement this in the tool? Can't find it in the SOAP/SAML documentation.
