Fetching the value from the rightnow instance to the dot net environment

Hi,

I have created some custom fields under incidents in the rightnow instance. Now i need to use that custom field in the Visual studio .net environment.

I want to assign that Rightnow textbox value to the button that which is created in .Net.

Scenario: One textbox is there in the RightNow environment with one id. Now i will create one custom  button as an Add-In in the .Net environment. The functionality of that button is to fetch the values from the rightnow instance and dispaly in the .net textbox. 

Please help me in doing this task.
