Sometimes get an error "There is an error with your request"

When I create a new generic object as below I get the error "There is an error with your request"

RNObject[] rnObjs = RightNowWebService.Instance.Create(hdr, new RNObject[] { genObj }, cpo);

I get the error only at times and not everytime. When I click it the second time it works. Any leads on what to check can help.
