Hi,
We have a new requirement to integrate RightNow Chat with Siebel CRM 8.1.1.10
The following are the requirement details 1. When customer initiates Chat with Agent. Customer is identified and details are displayed to user. 2. When customer ends the Chat, Chat trans script should be captured. 3. Siebel Service Request is created based on trans script. customer identified in system is marked on Service Request. 4. Agent can go ahead and enter value for other attributes and save Service Request.
Can you recommend the best way to do this?
Are there some documents/videos available for this kind of integration
