From time to time we see an internal error coming back as a ChatSessionEvent from the Chat Server. The message is:
ChatSessionEvent: ChatSystemErrorEventArgs: (ErrorCondition: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR) (Type: WAIT) (Text: Null messages object returned)
This error is almost always followed an automatic logoff and another error message:
ChatSessionEvent: ChatSystemErrorEventArgs: (ErrorCondition: 14) (Type: MODIFY) (Text: JSESSIONID not specified or invalid)
After this error, the agent is unable to receive any chats until they log out and log back into CHAT. However, last night, this error happened multiple times, and restarting the desktop, clearing RightNow cache, rebuilding Windows profile, none of these worked to resolve the issue permanently, as it continued to reoccur, usually after a single successful chat pop. This only affected a single agent, other agents were handling chats fine.
