I'm hoping to get pointed in the right direction for an automated task using an API. Our idea is to run a script on our DB and deposit a csv onto a specific location. The process should pick up the most recent version of the file and import, mapping fields accordingly to custom fields/custom objects in the RightNow DB. We would have this scheduled no more than once per day; to start it could be once per month. I aim to understand if this is possible, where to begin with RightNow tools, and if there are limitations to this based on frequency, volume, other?
