Hi Friends,

I am facing a problem in accessing a web services hosted on AMAZON cloud from my custom process with cURL method.

As per my use case , I need to consume this service from the RightNow end and update a particular custom field with the response received.

I am on the August 2013 version of RightNow.

Below are a few scenarios tested by me:

1) Tried to consume a test web services ("http://www.webservicex.net/stockquote.asmx?op=GetQuote") from the custom process using cURL method.
Result: got a valid response from the service.

2)Tried to consume a specific web service  hosted on the AMAZON cloud using SOAP UI
Result: got a valid response from the service.

3)Tried to consume a specific web service hosted on the AMAZON cloud from the custom process using cURL method.
Result: Got an error as below. Attached the screen shot for the same.

couldn't connect to host
dl() has been disabled for the security reason

Please help me to understand on the part that I'm missing.

Thank you in advance.
