Hi,
Our company has newly got Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service desktop client. I need to monitor twitter comments, hence i have configured my twitter account. In order to filter and view tweets i believe we need Cloud Monitoring tab. My desktop view has only 3 fields which is
Configuration
Communication Center
Analytics
But I do not see Cloud Monitor. I have already configured cloud monitor in my navigation sets.
Can somebody please help me what is the issue.
I am attaching my client how does it look:
Also when i navigate to configuration -> service ->Channels -> Twitter, I see a checkbox " Enable Subscriptions" disabled.
