Sometimes, at the end of a chat interaction, it cannot be closed. The chat workspace stays open, and no amount of clicking Terminate or Wrap will close it. The only way to remove it is to logout/login to the CX console again. This is happening with 3PQ chats created using ChatRouted. According to logs, the client side ChatRelease method returns success. It is intermittent, so cannot be readily reproduced. We will work on collecting RN logs for this issue, but wanted to bring it up as soon as possible in case there is something specific we can look for.
Possibly related: there was one time when this happened with the incident linked to a chat. The chat closed fine, but the incident could not be closed.
