Hi All,
when a user attempts to save or save and close the incident and the status is NOT solved and there is NOT an active (non-complete) task associated with the incident– throw an error to the user saying “Please create an active follow up.” Do NOT allow them to save the incident without active task.
in addin, on save event i am querying active task records using report(RunAnalyticsReport) for this incident. but in that report, recently added task not coming. means i have added task and clicked on green tick mark and clicked on save button on incident workspace but still throwing error like no active task associated to incident custom message.
how to save recently added task to get it into report? or any best can get. please help me on this.
