Connect REST analyticsReportResults 500 error (3 Comments)

When running an analyticsReportResults request we have seen sporadic failures with the Connect REST API. The REST API returns an HTTP 500 code and the error message does not offer any clue as to what the problem is. Here is the response body:

Here is the payload that we send for the API call:

I have attached the report definition in case that could be a factor in this. The report is run through Connect 40 times per day on average, and it succeeds most of the time, although recently there has been a large uptick in the number of errors. The report runs without incident through the CRM console.

Other requests to the REST API are not experiencing errors, only the requests for analyticsReportResults. Curious if anyone else has seen a similar issue. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide!
