Screen pop up port and Agent external port

Hi All,

I have been configuring CTI but I have some questions regarding this, hope you can give me some answers:

• What is the difference between EXT_CONSOLE_WS_PORT and individual Agent screen pop up? Is it same or different? I had tried to provide EXT_CONSOLE_WS_PORT = 11000 and providing an agent with screen port as 11001. Now my question is - which URL works? https://localhost:11000/screenpop?t=editor&recordType=2&id=5 OR https://localhost:11001/screenpop?t=editor&recordType=2&id=5
• What is port number limit? I have read somehere that any port from 1000 - 4000 is available for any system? Am I wrong?
• Can this configured for Custom Object? I suppose NO?
• If you are agents use VM wares and use different terminals on a single server(makes sense??), how do we assign different ports to different Agents?
