I am importing data from service cloud to third party. Currently I am sending whole dataset to third party, which is not accepted by them.
Only I need to send the changed data and contact id to third party. For example, in the service cloud, if the user changes first name then I should send only contact=1&FirstName=chidam to third party.
I wondering service cloud API supports these kind of features.
Any input on this is highly appreciated.
