I am recieving the following error when I try to realign an incident from one contact to another:
Invalid ID: No such Contact with ID = 694706
While processing Incident->PrimaryContact(rno_v1_2::IncidentContact)->Contact(rn
b_v1_2::NamedID).
However, I have checked the rnt database and a contact with this ID certainly exists. I'm wondering if the call could be failing for a different reason?
