Hi,
I am new to RightNow.
I have created a new tab in incident workspace, Now I want the tab to show on button click. By default when the workspace is loading, a tab will show. After that when I click on a button, I want to show the new tab. I have an Add-In button, is there any possible way to show incident tab on the workspace Add-In button click.
I have tried it with setting rule, on button click I have tried to show an object (new tab), but it doesn't help me.
Someone please help me.
