Hi,
I am trying the devlop one FAQ page for our site and looking for
RightNowKFService
to be integrated but every time I try to access the below url in .net
http://<hostname>/cgi-bin/<interface>.cfg/services/KF_soap?wsdl
it give me error i.e.
There was an error downloading 'http://XXXXXXXXXX.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/XXXXXXXX.cfg/services/KF_soap?wsdl'.
The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.
Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved: 'http://XXXXXXXXXX.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/XXXXXXXX.cfg/services/KF_soap?wsdl'.
There was no endpoint listening at http://XXXXXXXXXX.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/XXXXXXXX.cfg/services/KF_soap?wsdl that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
If the service is defined in the current solution, try building the solution and adding the service reference again.
Is anyone suggest how can i use this service?
