Receiving HTML tags when fetching Incident threads.

Hi Everyone,

I am struggling with one strange issue. In FEB 2014 version I have written one script to fetch the Incident Threads. Now our Interface has upgraded to Nov 2015, and when I run this script, I am getting Thread Contents along with HTML tags. I think this is because of Rich Text Formatting. does anyone faced this issue in new version of RightNow ? How could we fix this ? Any small help if would be great !!!
