I'm currently developing a Custom Process that is activated when updating an Incident; this must obtain the value of the fields that the operator currently have open on screen and the Custom Process send to a WebService.
At this time for testing occupied an incident ID manually; unfortunately I have not had success getting Incident fields that the agent has currently open; wanting to get this without knowing the ID.
Is there any way of obtaining these fields?
