GetChatUrlRequest for URLTypeEnum.UQ or ENDUSER

always returns: "https://127.0.0.1/Chat-WS/services/wschatuq/v0"

Since 127.0.0.1 is my LOCALHOST, any further query for chat or Third Party Queue FAILS.

How can this be fixed?

This looks like a mis-configuration.  Please help.
