Hi,
I am a newbie to SOAP API. I am trying to find out if profiles can be used to limit access to global customer and incident data via the SOAP API.

Can anyone using the SOAP API do anything with our data?
Answer ID 5318 - SOAP API security says "User permissions for different areas (incidents, answers, contacts etc) of the product are granular and based on the profile level access within RightNow CX for a specific user" so I'm hopeful that profiles can be utilized to limit access to our data via SOAP API.
Can you please tell me if this is possible? Thank you very much for your help.
