Restricting Answer access to different users (4 Comments)

Hello All,

    I have  two different Contacts and each each contact is assigned to an Organization. Now I want to make an answer accessible only to one Contact and the other contact should not be able to see the answer. I have created two Answer Access Levels and unchecked the 'Interface Visibility' option in one access level. Assigned this two access levels to a particular answer. Also assigned each access level to each contact. But when I logged in to the customer portal site, both Contacts able to search for the particular answer. I tried creating SLA and selected created Access Level for each SLA and assigned them to Organization and tried. But I am getting same issue.

  Can anyone help me on how I can restrict different users from accessing answers in knowledge base.
