Hello,
We are defining requirements to begin using a workforce management solution, and we will be feeding it data from RN to drive it. The solution we will be using requires that we place data in a flat file at an FTP-type location where they will consume it on a specified basis (example: every 15 minutes.) We can build a report in RNT and have it sent every 15 minutes, but this seems hoakey. It seems that this is something that RN Conntect would be used for, but RN didn't suggest it immediately. I wanted to check with the dev community to understand if anyone has any type of setup like this in place.
