Unable to use AbuseDetection::check() in CPM

I am unable to create a contact in my CPM.  

I reviewed the Info logs and found the error: 'Cannot create/update: Abusable functions are locked for Contact'.  I googled the error and found that I am missing an abuse detection check.  When I add the abuse detection check, my code no longer works and throws an error:

Class '\RightNow\Libraries\AbuseDetection' not found.

Is there another namespace that I should use?
