HI
I am trying to connect to connect to Oracle Rightnow (Aug 2014 release) instance from Oracle Tap (on iPhone4).
I am able to login through Oracle Tap to the RightNow instance, I am able to see only the 'Home' and 'More' buttons. The 'search' icon does not retrieve any information.
Kindly suggest the fix which requires to be done.
