Using a Valid URL in cURL Function

Hello,

Am trying to Develop a connection between an External website and the RightNow tables using cURL.

So My basic idea is to establish a connection between both the systems so that whenever a form is filled on the external site then on click of save button on the same page will perform a action where this data will go into the RNT tables.

Version is Aug 2014 and CP ver is 3.0.

Am using the code below however am unable to form the Connecting URL.

Any Suggestions Will be HelpFul
