Hi All,
I am new to CPM in RightNow. I created an external event which creates an incident on contact creation. After deploying the same, the incidents are getting created for the contacts created via the Console and the End user pages(Customer Portal). But incidents are not getting created when I create contacts through custom scripts and Connect Web Services for SOAP and .NET C#.
I noticed that the incident id is getting created after each of the try, because the id which is shown for the incident created for other contacts (i.e. created via CX or CP) is altered based on the number of my tries.
