Hi,

   I want to customize Contacts search pop-up in Oracle RightNow Agent Desktop. There is a contact field in RightNow with a "Search" icon, When clicking on search icon, a pop-up will open to select contacts, it will show RightNow contacts, I want to customize it and want to load contacts from my internal server. Is there any possibility for that.
