Hi,
I created a workspace add-in. It has a list view and the list view retrieves and displays data from external source. In this list view, it contains "first name", "last name", "email", "phone", "contact party id". I add this add-in in Incident workspace and run it.
My expected behavior is that
1) when I click on one row in list view results, the incident record will open a child editor to create a new contact.
2) In the new contact record, the first name. last name, email, office phone and a custom field contact party id are also filled according to the row data.
3) If I click on "OK" in the new contact record, the new contact is assigned as the primary contact of the incident record.
How can I implement this scenario? How to open a child editor from add-in? How to pass the row data to child editor?
If this scenario is not achievable, could you provide an alternative approach to implement the feature?
