I newbie in Oracle Service Cloud and I have some problem with Configure Rules for Incident. Could you help me?
My Goal : I want to send email notification incident to "Saripah" email. All information about "Saripah" in Custom Object PIC Profile.
Description : I make one Custom Object, there is "PIC Profile". In PIC Profile have some field there are Name, and Email. I make Relation PIC Profile with Incident as a child Incident and In Incident, I create one new field with data type = Menu for list down data of all PIC Profile.

After that, I want to create Rules for sending email to PIC Profile email, but in "Add IF condition", PIC Profile (custom Object) is unavailable and I can't find field PIC in available list field Incident.
So, How to make the PIC Profile (custom object) available in "Add If Condition". Or Do you have any idea to resolve this problem? Please Help me
