Hello,
In RightNow application top menu(ribbon) is not showing any buttons in default screen which comes after login.This might be happened because of either some configuration settings changed accidentally or we have uploaded Add-Ins. Can anyone guide how to get those buttons back into screen. I have also attached screen shot for more clarity. This is urgent issue, please answer asap. Thanks.
