Connect for SOAP: Query Name of Custom Field Using ID

Hi All,

As the title indicates, I'm trying to get the Name of a custom field in Incidents using its ID. I've read through the documentation on querying custom fields/objects etc. However, none of the approaches mentioned get me the data I need. At best, the data returned is the name of all the custom fields. At worst, the query fails.

Any insight into solving this would be much appreciated.
