Create Incident from Social Posts

Hi,

I have a requirement to create an incident from social posts (Community Forum). I am having a dashboard report for listing social posts in agent console. On clicking the a row command - I need to create a new incident by populating the information from report.

Issue is, the report command add-in won't work with Social table, because we don't have ReportRecordType associated with that table.

Please let me know the if there is any workaround for solving this requirement
