Hi,
Can anyone help me to invoke 'Rule Email' from Message Templates? The 'Question Receipt' is working fine when I create an incident. But the 'Rule Email' is not working. I tried creating a business rule and tried. The business rule is getting called when I create a incident, I checked it using rule logs. But the 'Rule Email' is not getting sent to the customer. Please help me.
