I need to be able to create mailers when there are problems observed on my platform to inform customers that there maybe an impact to service. Ideally I would like to do it by product but I don't have an issue creating and then choosing dlists. I know Right Now does it with their platform but I have not found a way to do it on my own. Below is a sample of the Right Now mailer;
