My data is in mysql database and i want to integrate Oracle rightnow crm with it.I know that we have to write web services for that,but even if i write them how do i call them from rightnow crm.

I have gone through the documentation in this link

The information was not that helpful.How do i go about  writing web services and integrating it with mysql database.

Please advise and help
