Hi All,
Can someone help me to develop the below requirement (I am new to Rightnow).
I have a requirement where an incident is created when an email is sent by an end customer.
Now the challenge which I am facing is the the mail should consist of mandatory information like
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Phone Number
4. Address.
How can this be achieved via business rules?
