Unable to pull Products list in a useful order

Hello, 

I'm trying to retrieve the list of products from RightNow.  I was able to do this with Categories but they are just a single level, whereas Products are up to 3 levels.  I can use the same code to just pull the list, but I need to be able to recreate the hierarchical structure that exist in RightNow.

I tried using the ROQL query SELECT ID, Name, ParentProduct.ID, DisplayOrder FROM ServiceProduct ORDER by ParentProduct.ID, DisplayOrder but I'm not getting any results.  If I remove  ParentProduct.ID from the ORDER section I can get results, but not in an order that is useful to me.

I'm sure its something simple that I'm missing here.
