How does Rightnow identify the SAML subject for the Agent Login? Can anybody who has configured this in RightNow help with the below question?
We currently use our own in-house identity provider, with RightNow acting as a Service Provider
We are looking to populate the SAML subject in the token with the email address,

Can anyone confirm whether the SSO URL below would be valid as the Service Provider URL that we redirect users to from our internal identity provider (in addition to obviously generating a signed SAML token with email address as the subject)
