Custom Processes and File Attachments

Hi all, 

I'm attempting to generate a file attachment URL through custom processes. I'm using the getAdminURL() function on incidents which include attachments, but I am getting the following error:

Uncaught exception 'RightNow\Connect\v1_2\ConnectAPIError' with message 'Admin URL Unavailable: Session information unavailable; Incident(ID=######).FileAttachments[-1].

I would have though that this sort of authentication would not have been required for CPM; and I believe this is specified in the documentation.

Is there any methods that can be user to gather the File attachment URL through CPM?
