Hi,
I'm am trying to implement the default integration between 'Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service' and 'Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud'. However, I'm not finding any relevant documentation about that specific integration. There is such documentation? Or at least a step by step procedure or anything that could help in leading this issue?
